In today's competitive environment we realise the importance of you, the customer. We realise that our packages need to be varied enough to meet your needs but unique to each individual customer. Therefore we have a range of packages that have evolved over years of market presence to satisfy your requirements.
Below are the details of the packages that we offer and their associated costs.
 
Introduction
This is the initial package we offer, ideal for landlords who wish to manage the property. Those that feel that they can maintain their property can take advantage of this service with one fixed fee, charged only when tenants move in. The fee includes finding tenants that are reference checked to ensure suitability for your property. Before the contract and T&C are signed the property undergoes a full inventory check, along with meter readings and should you require we can set up a standing order mandate in your favour. Management
This service is suitable for most customers wanting to let us take care of the day-to-day management of their property. We deal with all tenants queries ranging from furniture needs to maintaining the property via our builders should the need arise. Our dedicated maintenance team ensures any complaints are dealt with as a matter of urgency, ensuring peace of mind for you. Maintenance is only carried out with consent from the landlord thus offering you complete control over your property.  
As with introduction we provide fully referenced tenants, along with a complete inventory and meter readings. Monthly statements are issued containing a complete breakdown of your rental income along with details of any work carried out and management fee. Unlike introduction your property will be inspected quarterly and a report is filled and kept in our records. This allows us to deal with any complaints or problems effectively while ensuring your property is well maintained throughout the management period. For this service depending on the property we would charge 8-10 percent of rental income per month.
